  What is Google Docs?           Google Docs is a free word processing tool  online,   that’s fully compatible with Microsoft Word. Users can create, view, and edit documents online while collaborating with colleagues in real-time – from any device, anywhere. 1.  It’s fully compatible with Microsoft Word You can easily open and edit Microsoft Word documents directly in Google Docs . We can also download Google doc as a Word document and vice versa without risking changes to the file formatting.  2 . Add functionality with Google Chrome extensions We can add new features to Google Docs by downloading Google Chrome which  will allow you to tailor your user experience and add additional features and functionality to your document. 

  Coggle is a freeware mind mapping web application. Coggle produces hierarchically structured documents, like a branching tree. This contrasts with other collaborative editors, like Google Docs, which provide either linear, or tabular document formats. Coggle.it is a highly efficient and effective teaching and learning tool. Just a few years ago, experts wouldn’t have considered Google Classroom as a stand-alone learning management system (LMS) but through updates and new features for educators, many consider it to be just that. 1.   Blog as communicative tool   What is a blog post? A blog post is an individual web page on your website that dives into a particular sub-topic of your blog. For instance, let's say you start a fashion blog on your retail website. One blog post might be titled, "The Best Fall". The post ties back to your overall  blog topic  as a whole (fashion), but it also addresses a very particular sub-topic (fall shoes). Blog posts allow you to rank on search engines for a variety of keywords. In the above example, your blog post could enable your business to rank on Google for "fall shoes".
